The condo
The space
How many guests can stay?
Up to 7 guests. The condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
What are the bed sizes?
Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a double and a single. Bedroom 3 has two singles.
What's included in the stay?
A fully equipped kitchen, a bar and dining area, a private terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, four TVs, weekly cleaning, pool towels and on-site parking.
Which floor is it on?
The sixth floor, with a terrace that looks over the resort pools to the beach and Banderas Bay.
How often is the condo cleaned?
Cleaning is included once a week. Ask Brenda if you would like additional cleaning during your stay.
The resort
Velas Vallarta
Can we use the resort pools and gym?
Yes. Guests have access to the public areas of the Velas Vallarta complex, including the pools and fitness center, plus bell service and the hotel reception.
Is the stay all-inclusive?
No. Casa de la Vida is a private condo, so meals are not included. You can cook in the condo's kitchen or eat at the resort restaurants and pay the resort directly.
What about the spa, Kids' Club and resort activities?
Condo guests can use the resort Kids' Club for a small fee paid to the resort. Some Kids' Club activities are free and some cost extra. The spa and other resort services are run by the resort, so ask the Velas Vallarta front desk about access and pricing.
Is Casa de la Vida part of Velas Resorts?
No. Casa de la Vida is a privately owned condominium inside the Velas Vallarta complex. It is not owned, operated or booked by Velas Resorts, so book through the channels on this site rather than through the resort.

Can we book directly?
Yes. Casa de la Vida is managed locally by Brenda Alvarado of Leading Condominiums. Message her on WhatsApp or send an inquiry through the Leading Condominiums contact page. Mention Casa de la Vida at Velas Vallarta and your dates.
Can we book on Airbnb instead?
Yes. Check dates and book on our Airbnb listing.
What are the rates?
Rates vary by season and length of stay. Check your dates on Airbnb or ask Brenda for a direct quote.
Getting here
Arrival
How far is the airport?
Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is about five minutes away by car.
How do we get from the airport to the condo?
Authorized airport taxis and pre-booked transfers are the simplest options. Ask Brenda if you would like help arranging a transfer.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking on site is included.
What is the address?
Velas Vallarta, Av. Paseo de la Marina Norte 585, Marina Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco 48335, México. Brenda sends unit and check-in details with your booking.
How far is downtown?
The Malecón is about 9 km (5.8 mi) south by car. See the Puerto Vallarta guide for what to do once you are there.
